Cloud Telephony Provider Helps Addiction Recovery Facility Increase Calls by 42%

Cloud telephony products are used in industries that stem far past the telecom borders.

When Saint Jude Retreats, an alternative addiction recovery program, needed a platform to manage the increased Web site traffic from its visitors, it enlisted the services of cloud telephony provider, Ifbyphone’s (News - Alert) call tracking platform.

The result? Saint June increased its telephony inquiries from its Web site visitors by 42 percent with the Ifbyphone service.

“Ifbyphone's Call Tracking solution is the ideal choice for any marketing or advertising agency that needs to measure marketing effectiveness,” said Irv Shapiro (News - Alert), Ifbyphone’s CEO.

Daniel G. Hidalgo, marketing director of Saint Jude Retreats, said that the support received by Ifbyphone, pre, during and post experiment, was second to none in call tracking capabilities.

“Ifbyphone played an integral part in measuring the success of our landing page optimization efforts, and we couldn't be any happier with the results,” Hidalgo added.

By engaging WiderFunnel Marketing Optimization, an online conversion optimization firm, the Ifbyphone platform was implemented as a way to track calls and identify the landing-page version with the highest phone call conversion rate.

According to Chris Goward, co-founder of WiderFunnel, the organization that selected Ifbyphone’s call tracking for the addiction recovery program, the ease of use and affordability made the selection process an easy addition to its online tracking tools.

“WiderFunnel's success helping Saint Jude increase phone call conversions demonstrates that Call Tracking doesn't have to come at a steep price,” Shapiro said.

By helping capture leads from multiple channels, the addiction recovery program was able to track their patients, site visitors and improve overall moral for those looking to find Web site information, and a new addiction free lifestyle.

“Our typical test will be in market for two to three weeks before reaching high confidence, and Ifbyphone doesn't lock our clients into six months’ of cost for a short test,” Goward said. “That was ideal for Saint Jude because it frees up capital to focus on their mission: helping people change their lives.”

In other Ifbyphone news, Shapiro recently attended TMC’s ITEXPO (News - Alert) East in Miami where he sat down with TMC CEO Rich Tehrani to discuss the company’s recent acquisition of Cloudvox.
